Data processed and purposes

Quote form: the website does not store what you type. When you submit the form, your details (name, phone, optional email, service, date, time, passengers, pickup, destination, flight and notes) are arranged into a message and opened in your WhatsApp app. VIP Brasília only receives them if you choose to send that message.

WhatsApp, phone and email enquiries: we use the information you send to assess your request, prepare a proposal, organise the booked transportation, issue documents and meet booking obligations.

Browsing: the website hosting and delivery provider records technical data such as IP address, browser and requested pages to deliver content and protect the site against abuse. Audience measurement tools are only activated if you allow them in the cookie notice.

Legal bases

We process data for pre-contractual steps and contract performance at your request (LGPD art. 7, V), to meet legal and regulatory obligations (art. 7, II), for website security based on legitimate interest (art. 7, IX) and, for measurement cookies, with your consent (art. 7, I), which you may withdraw at any time.

Sharing and third-party services

We use providers that may process data on our behalf or independently: Cloudflare (website hosting and security), WhatsApp/Meta (messaging) and Google (email and, if you consent, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics). These providers may process data outside Brazil under their own privacy policies.

To provide booked transportation, strictly necessary passenger details (such as name, time, pickup point and flight) may be shared with the driver or the partner responsible for the service. We do not sell personal data.

Cookies and preferences

This website does not use advertising cookies. When you make a choice in the cookie notice, we store it in your browser’s local storage (key “vip-consent”). If you accept, we load Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, which use cookies such as _ga to measure visits and contact clicks in aggregate. If you decline, these tools are not loaded.

You can review your choice at any time through the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer, and you can delete cookies in your browser settings.

Retention and protection

We keep messages and service data for as long as needed to answer your request, provide the service and meet legal, tax and legal-defence obligations; after that, data is deleted or anonymised. We adopt reasonable security measures, such as encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access to service accounts, without promising absolute security.

Your rights and how to make a request

Under the LGPD you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymisation, portability, deletion, information about sharing and withdrawal of consent. Email vipbrasiliatransportes@gmail.com (subject: Privacy) with the information needed to identify you and assess the request. You may also lodge a complaint with Brazil’s National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

This policy may be updated to reflect changes in our activities and data processing. The published version shows the date of the latest update.
